Privacy Policy

Vantikus Technology Limited (白藝科技有限公司), a Hong Kong company (Companies Registry No. 81218327, "Vantikus", "we", "us"), operates vantikus.com and the Vantikus application at app.vantikus.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance ("PDPO").

What we collect

• Account information — name, work email address, company/organisation name, and role, provided when you or your organisation registers for Vantikus.
• Usage data — actions taken within the product (e.g. tasks created, invoices requested, reports submitted), used to operate the service and to help us debug problems you report.
• Billing information — for paid plans, our payment processor collects and holds your card and billing details directly. Vantikus does not receive or store your full card number.
• Business data you upload — the agency, task, and performance data you or your agency partners enter into Vantikus to run your own operations (e.g. promo code redemption records, campaign performance figures). This belongs to you; we process it to provide the service, not for our own purposes.

Why we collect it

We use personal data only to: provide and operate the service; process billing; respond to support requests; send you service-related communications (e.g. billing receipts, account notices); and understand product usage at an aggregate level (e.g. how many accounts are active on a given day) so we can plan and improve Vantikus. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell personal data to third parties.

Who we share it with

If your organisation uses Vantikus as a brand, the agencies you work with on the platform can see the account and business information relevant to that relationship (and vice versa, if you use Vantikus as an agency) — that mutual visibility is how the platform works, not a third-party disclosure. Beyond that, we share personal data only with the service providers we rely on to run Vantikus, and only to the extent needed for that purpose:

• Payment processing — our payment processor, to process subscription charges.
• Cloud hosting — our infrastructure provider, to run the application and store data.
• Email delivery — a transactional email provider, to send account and billing notifications.

We do not integrate any third-party advertising or analytics tools on this website or within the product — there is nothing beyond the providers and the counterparties described above that receives your data.

International data transfer

Vantikus is based in Hong Kong, and some of the service providers above may process data outside Hong Kong. The PDPO's requirements around transferring personal data outside Hong Kong are less prescriptive than some other jurisdictions' privacy laws, but we disclose this transparently: by using Vantikus, your data may be processed in a jurisdiction other than the one you're in.

Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period afterward, except where we need to retain records for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. The business data your organisation entered (tasks, commercial terms, performance records, and similar) remains yours throughout — email [email protected] before closing your account if you'd like an export of it.

Cookies

This website (vantikus.com) does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The Vantikus application (app.vantikus.com) uses only the cookies/tokens strictly necessary to keep you signed in.

Your rights

Under the PDPO, you have the right to ask whether we hold personal data about you, to request access to it, and to request that we correct it if it's inaccurate. To make such a request, email [email protected].

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email.
