This policy covers the self-serve subscription plans billed automatically each month through our payment processor. It doesn't cover Large or Enterprise plans, which are billed by invoice under a separately signed agreement — refunds for those are governed by that agreement, not this page.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Once a billing period has been charged, that charge is final and non-refundable — including if you stop using the account partway through the period, or cancel before it ends. You keep full access to your paid plan for the remainder of the period you've already paid for.
The Free plan carries no charge, so nothing on this page applies to it.
You can cancel anytime from your account's billing settings, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future billing — it takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no partial-period refund is issued for the time remaining.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly — a duplicate charge, a charge after you'd already cancelled, or the wrong plan amount — email [email protected] and we'll investigate and correct a genuine error. This is different from a discretionary refund: it only covers charges that were actually mistaken.
